Ancient Rome is a truly great empire. Such states are created by fire and sword. The Roman Legions are the first professional to their brilliance army. The image of a roman legionnaire owns great importance and is associated in the minds of ordinary people with Rome.
Reenactment club recreates the legendary Legio X Fretensis. The military direction, considered as the main one, was from the very beginning of the club in 1991.
What are the goals of this direction?
First of all, the study of military history, the development of edged weapons and protective equipment, historical fencing techniques. Members of the club are engaged in the reconstruction of items of equipment and everyday life of the Roman army. And they also want to understand what the warrior of the ancient era lived and how he looked at the world.
The task of each representative of the military direction is a painstaking study and detailed study of the image of the Roman warrior. The club hosts training sessions, where the military, as well as anyone who wants to learn how to fight in the legendary Roman system, are trained in drill, fencing, and everything necessary for marching life and battle reconstruction.
